• By using the website, the User agrees to the rules and terms of use;
• Acceptance of the rules is a requirement for registering on the website and using the website's features;
• The rules and terms of use are available to the User at all times on the website via the link published at the bottom of the web page ("Terms of Use");
• We reserve the right to update and modify the rules and terms of use from time to time without notifying the User;
• The owner and operator of the website is PTECH Luka Pleško S.P.

• The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy of posted classified ads or data entered by users and accepts no responsibility in connection with purchases, exchanges, sales, or any other arrangements made through the BAJK.SI website.
• Any arrangement made through the BAJK.SI website is solely an arrangement between two users and does not transfer any responsibility to the Provider.
• The User agrees to use the website and its information and materials at their own risk.
• Any damage caused to a third party due to unauthorized access to the User's account is the sole responsibility of the User.
• The Provider accepts no responsibility for damage to the User's hardware or software (including viruses) resulting from the use of the Provider's website.
• The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website or access to the User account and accepts no responsibility for any resulting damage.
• The Provider is not responsible for submitted materials (textual and multimedia) received in good faith from the User, as the User undertakes to have the author's written permission for such materials or to own them. Any liability related to published materials is transferred directly to the User who published the materials.

• Registration of a user account is required to use certain website features, such as posting ads or communicating with other users;
• The Provider reserves the right to delete and / or block a user account with or without notice.

• Private messages serve as a communication channel between the User who posted a classified ad and users who wish to contact that User;
• Logging in or registering on BAJK.SI is required to send private messages;
• When a new private message is sent, a conversation is established between the users;
• Each newly opened conversation has email notifications for new private messages enabled by default, but each individual User may disable this option;
• The User agrees that BAJK.SI may notify them by email about newly received private messages.
• Each User participating in a conversation may delete their copy of the conversation, while the other participating User will still have access to their copy of the conversation. If both participating users delete their copy of the conversation, the conversation is permanently deleted from the system and is no longer accessible to either participating User.
• Conversations on BAJK.SI are automatically deleted for both participating users 360 days after the last activity in the individual conversation.
• The Provider does not undertake to ensure that private messages will be available for 360 days after the last activity and reserves the right to remove private messages early without notifying users. In the event of such removal of messages and conversations, the Provider accepts no responsibility for data loss suffered by users.

• The Provider allows the User to post classified ads.
• Posting ads is free for individual users.
• Posting ads is free for business users (companies), although the Provider reserves the right to change the pricing policy for business users at any time without prior notice.
• The Provider allows ads to be posted for a period of 90 days from the date of entry, but does not undertake to ensure that ads will be published for the stated period.
• The validity of published ads for business users is automatically extended with an active subscription or user account.
• The Provider may remove, edit, categorize, or extend a User's ad without notice, depending on the circumstances of publication or possible violations of the rules.
• The Provider interprets the right to edit ads as a complete or partial modification of a submitted ad, meaning the partial or complete addition or deletion of text, as well as the addition or deletion of media materials.
• Users can edit or delete published ads, or extend their publication period, through the user account dashboard.
• The User agrees that the content of their ad, including photos, may be shared on the Provider's social media (Facebook, Instagram) for the purpose of additional promotion and visibility of ads.

• not to post misleading classified ads;
• not to post classified ads that are not related to cycling;
• not to post multiple different or identical classified ads for the same item for sale;
• to create a separate classified ad for each item for sale, unless the offer consists of a bundle of multiple items (e.g., a bike cleaning kit);
• to ensure that the photos published in their classified ads show the actual condition of the item or service offered;
• not to post commercial classified ads unless they have previously arranged this with the Provider through business registration;
• not to advertise goods or services whose trade and / or advertising is prohibited by law;
• not to post classified ads containing content that is prohibited by law, harmful, offensive, and / or disturbing;
• to ensure that all written and visual materials in their published classified ads are their own copyrighted property or that they have the author's written permission to use them;
• to agree that the Provider may use data and materials published in classified ads for the purpose of displaying and promoting the bajk.si website;
• to post classified ads in clear Slovenian.
• to post the classified ad in an appropriate category;

• The Provider undertakes to protect its users' personal data for an unlimited period of time.

• The website www.bajk.si is open to the public, meaning that information published in ads can be accessed by anyone with internet access.
• The User agrees to the public disclosure of data entered while posting an ad, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
