I would sell/trade my "dream" steel hardtail with 27,5+ tires; it also accepts up to 29x2,6 tires. I dreamed of this combination for 15+ years, and now after 4 years of use (and constant changes and upgrades), I have grown a little tired of it and would slowly replace it (either with another steel hardtail or a 130-150mm trail full-suspension bike).
I had it as a singlespeed for local trails 90% of the time, but since it now mostly serves as a family bike (trailer and front seat), I put gears back on. I can include a singlespeed kit with 18 and 21 rear cogs and a chain.
The frame itself is model year 2018 and the previous owner built it from scratch more for longer multi-day tours; I gradually set it up more in the trail/AM direction so it also rides nicely and confidently downhill. By changing the fork, tires and "2° angle headset", the bike can be made more trail-oriented again and less aggressive. FOX 32 RL 120mm fork, original standard headset and lower handlebar can be included.
This already versatile bike can be further tailored to your preferences; it is currently built in a more "aggressive" direction and rides really well downhill.

As written above, a trade for another trail/AM hardtail (preferably steel frame) or a full-suspension bike with 130-150mm travel in a similar price range is possible.

The price is not final, but I would not lower it much because I am not in a hurry to sell.
